📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and pitches to secure new business.
  • Track and manage the pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual business development targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
