📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to support employee development.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify learning and development needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training providers and facilitators.,Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the learning and development offerings.,Maintain accurate records of learning and development activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant learning and development tools.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies.,Ability to travel for training and development purposes.
