📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.
  • Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and parts.
  • Oversee the safety and compliance of the fleet, including regular inspections and adherence to traffic laws.
  • Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency and vehicle utilization.
  • Handle fleet-related inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and insured.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
