PT Bhakti Firdaus is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our infrastructure projects in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and office work to ensure efficient project management and execution.

As a Site Engineer at PT Bhakti Firdaus, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of our projects. You will work closely with our project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure efficient project management and execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  • Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and technicians.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional results and maintaining high safety standards.
