📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide legal advice and support to the company's management and employees
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement legal strategies that support the company's business objectives
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends
- Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate and commercial law
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
