📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting audits of pharmacy call center operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing and analyzing financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to the management team.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal controls and processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and supporting documentation.
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in the healthcare sector.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance and quality assurance procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
