📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and sales targets.,Ensure that the outlet meets all company standards and regulations.,Train and develop outlet staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
