Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Managing sales and cash handling.,Preparing and serving food and beverages.,Maintaining a clean and organized café.,Assisting in inventory management.,Promoting our products and services to customers.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
