📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties to customers.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to enhance the menu offerings.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
