Bengkel Joko Tea is looking for a dedicated and friendly Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth operation at our tea shop. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of our vibrant team in Canggu. We offer a competitive salary and a friendly work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and assist with any inquiries,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Handle cash and card payments securely,Assist with inventory management and restocking,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education,Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, especially in using point-of-sale systems,Familiarity with Indonesian language is required,English language skills are a plus,Flexible and adaptable to remote work
