📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food, staff, and customer service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Manage staff schedules and ensure that all team members are trained and motivated.,Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Work closely with the general manager to ensure that the restaurant meets all company standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
