📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage all aspects of the hospital construction project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in healthcare construction.,Oversee the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiations, and vendor management.,Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the construction phase.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale healthcare construction projects.,Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations, laws, and standards.,Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with healthcare construction best practices and standards.
