📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and sales progress.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally.,Identify and address client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the insurance industry and related products and services is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
