📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and connect with potential startup founders in the Bangka Belitung region.,Provide mentorship and guidance to startups, helping them develop their business concepts and plans.,Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and networking events to support startup growth.,Collaborate with local government, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to create a supportive ecosystem for startups.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of supported startups, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain relationships with investors, mentors, and other key stakeholders to expand the startup network.,Promote the Innovate Islands Foundation's initiatives and the startup ecosystem in Bangka Belitung.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in startup facilitation and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in startup facilitation, entrepreneurship support, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Experience in working with local government or educational institutions is a plus.,Knowledge of the Bangka Belitung region and its economic landscape is beneficial.
