Sumber Lestari Health Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Internal Audit to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Review financial and operational records to identify areas for improvement and compliance issues.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with relevant regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Support the Internal Audit Manager in special projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role.
