PT Ekspresi Lestari is seeking a dedicated Assistant Security to join our team in Dili. This position is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and emergencies.,Conduct regular security patrols to deter unauthorized access.,Enforce security policies and procedures to protect company property.,Assist in the investigation of security incidents and breaches.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date security records and reports.,Provide security support during events and special occasions.,Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.,Ensure compliance with all security regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in security roles is preferred but not mandatory.,Knowledge of security systems and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid security clearance or willingness to obtain one.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun is preferred.
