📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage inventory, including fresh produce, meats, and other ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development activities.,Ensure food quality and safety by following proper hygiene and handling procedures.,Assist in the preparation of special dishes, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.,Work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant or culinary environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Hospitality and customer service skills.,Valid food handling certificate.
