Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel,Monitor and maintain navigation equipment,Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies,Manage and supervise the crew,Handle emergency situations and respond appropriately,Plan and execute voyage routes,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems,Ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role,Valid Captain's License,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Knowledge of vessel systems and equipment,Familiarity with marine navigation software,Good understanding of environmental protection regulations
