📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Teller in managing customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Assist in the preparation and distribution of banking products and services,Participate in team meetings and training sessions,Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities,Assist in the reconciliation of cash and documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of banking products and services,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
