📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and workplace culture.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
