As an IT Asset & License Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT assets and licenses, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. You'll work closely with our IT team to implement and monitor asset management solutions, such as ServiceNow and Jira, to streamline our processes and enhance productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets and licenses, from procurement to disposal.
• Implement and maintain IT asset management solutions, such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT asset and license management.
• Monitor and report on IT asset and license usage to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain license management solutions, such as Flexera and KACE.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset and license management policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT asset and license management.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset and license management.
• Certifications in IT asset and license management, such as ITIL, ISO 19770, or CompTIA ITAM are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT asset and license management tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, Flexera, and KACE.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for IT asset and license management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
