Sumber Gita Health Center is seeking a Lead HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. The ideal candidate is a professional with extensive experience in HR management and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the company's growth by developing and implementing HR strategies.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of payroll processes and practices.
