📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the most qualified applicants for open positions.,Conduct background checks and verify the credentials of potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
