📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role in the automotive industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
