Tech City Pratama is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse in Dili. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for ensuring the smooth flow of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and distributions.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.
