🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with senior management.,Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
