📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Develop and implement documentation processes and standards.
  • Provide technical support to users through documentation and training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
