📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their training goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Experience in using training management software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations for training sessions.
