📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the entire export and import process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of steel products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and trade partners.
• Monitor and report on trade performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of trade documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Stay updated with changes in international trade laws and regulations, providing guidance to the team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of export and import strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Provide support to the Export & Import Manager in managing the team and ensuring operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export and import operations, preferably in the steel industry.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and global logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Familiarity with trade software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in international trade or logistics is a plus.
