📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils to maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies, including ingredients, spices, and utensils.
• Follow and adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as food handling procedures.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet daily food production targets.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and a well-organized workflow.
• Learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes under the guidance of experienced chefs.
