📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
• Maintain and update HRIS data using SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tools.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Process payroll and benefit administration.
• Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in managing employee development and training programs.
• Collaborate with the legal department to ensure HR practices are legally sound.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
