In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI models, designing and implementing data pipelines, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our data infrastructure. You will work with a variety of data sources, including structured and unstructured data, and use tools like Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to build and deploy AI solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and data-driven solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using tools like Apache Spark and Apache Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data by implementing data validation, cleaning, and transformation processes.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models and data pipelines to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and data engineering, and apply new technologies to improve our solutions.
• Document technical processes, architectures, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI software development and data engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proficiency in data processing tools and technologies, including Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
