📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and security.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and service providers to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations.
• Manage and maintain building records, including maintenance schedules, tenant information, and financial records.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure the safety and security of all properties, including implementing and monitoring security measures.
• Handle and resolve tenant complaints and issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in property management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building management or property management, preferably in a luxury or high-end property setting.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, owners, and service providers.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
