In this role, you will be responsible for managing land acquisition processes, conducting due diligence on land titles, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. You will work closely with our project teams, legal advisors, and community representatives to secure the necessary land for our projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of land acquisition and legal compliance in Bali, helping us to build a sustainable and successful business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee land acquisition processes for our renewable energy projects in Bali.
• Conduct due diligence on land titles and ensure compliance with Indonesian land laws and regulations.
• Negotiate and finalize land acquisition agreements with landowners and community representatives.
• Coordinate with legal advisors and project teams to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Prepare and submit necessary legal documents and permits for land acquisition.
• Monitor and report on the progress of land acquisition activities.
• Provide legal support and guidance to project teams on land-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and social impact assessment requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition and legal compliance, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian land laws and regulations, including the Land Law (PP No. 6 of 1960) and related amendments.
• Proven experience in negotiating and finalizing land acquisition agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with GIS software and land management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional certification in land law or renewable energy law is a plus.
