As a Nickel Mine Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mine, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing the extraction process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement mine development plans using AutoCAD and MineSight
- Monitor and optimize mining operations to ensure efficient extraction of nickel ore
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Analyze geological data to identify potential mining opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed mine schedules and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and sustainability initiatives
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance mine performance
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine engineering, preferably in nickel mining
- Proven experience with AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac
- Strong understanding of geological principles and mining techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Valid mining certification and safety qualifications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
