📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the club, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by overseeing event planning, promotions, and customer service.
• Lead and inspire a team of 50+ employees, providing training and development opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the club.
• Represent the club at industry events and conferences, networking with peers and potential partners.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and free from hazards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management or supervisory role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
• Knowledge of POS systems, such as Clover or Square, and experience with inventory management software.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
