📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in daily operations, including paper production and quality control
- Support project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical skills
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Document processes and procedures for future reference
- Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Assist in data entry and analysis using SAP and Excel
- Learn and apply best practices in paper production and quality control
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel is a plus

- Proven ability to work well under pressure
